The service prices, as noted on the App, does not require additional travel fee. Rather, 40% deposit fee will be charged upon booking. Full amount will be deducted only and only when the service is provided. In addition, prices as listed on the App do not include tips. Clients may tip a beauty professional on the app upon the completion of the service.

Every Service Provider on Beautydel has a unique identification code. This code allows clients to request the same beauty professional in the future. We make our best attempt to always match clients with their preferable beauty professional but this request may not be guaranteed due to the availability of the service provider. "Provider Code" can be found and applied during the checkout process.

At BeautyDel, we have created a proprietary communication system to streamline users' experience. To communicate with a beauty professional, clients can simply use the inbox tab provided on the App (left top corner) and chat with the scheduled beauty professional prior any service.

Quantity (QTY), as displayed beside the service name, refers to consecutive service offerings by the same beauty professional. However, if a client wishes to book multiple service providers simultaneously, then the client must separately book.

Punctuality

Punctuality

At BeautyDel, we take punctuality very seriously. In situations involving delays, a provider will wait up to 15 minutes for the client in accordance with the company policy. Any delay that exceeds that time frame will be up to the discretion of the provider. Delays do not affect the pre-established service duration. To prevent missed appointments or delays, BeautyDel sends clients two notifications. One, prior to the scheduled service date and another, 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the provider.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation, prior to 24 hours of service, will receive full refund of the 40% deposit fee. Any cancellation within 24 hours is subject to a 15% refund. Missed appointments or cancellation within 1 hour of notice will not be refunded. To cancel an appointment, select "Bookings" located on the side bar menu. Further select "Appointment Cancellation" under the Service Provider's profile picture.

At BeautyDel, our first priority is our client and beauty professional's safety. Hence, upon the arrival of the service provider, both parties must perform an identification check of one another. Please review Clients' and Service Providers' Safety for more details.

 

I. Clients' Safety

Prior to the appointment, BeautyDel provides clients with their service providers' information as well as their profile picture. All BeautyDel providers are carefully selected, talented professionals who undergo a rigorous application process to ensure the highest quality service. As part of the recruitment process, BeautyDel conducts background checks, one-on-one interviews, service license examination, and experience check. We only bring you top experts trained for your needs. 

 

II. Service Providers' Safety

Prior to any appointment, BeautyDel offers service providers with the clients' appointment details. To assure quality and safety, beauty professional may request a friend or family member to remain live on the phone throughout the entire process (clients are by no means recorded). In addition, beauty professional have the option to request a personal assistance and travel in pairs.
